Q: Can I have a sample order for your products?
A: Sure, we offer the sample order to check the quality. Moreover, mixed samples are acceptable.
 
Q: I received a defective/damaged item, can I get a refund?
A : In case the item you received is damaged or defective, you could return an item in the same condition as you received it with the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and if the item is found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refund along with any shipping fees incurred.

Q: What about the lead time?
A: The sample needs 3-5 days, 20-25 days for bulk order.
 
Q: Do you have your own Factory?
A: Definitely, we have our own industrial park, and welcome to visit us.
 
Q: Do you  have any MOQ?
A: Yes, our MOQ is 1000pcs, but 1 PC for sample checking is available.

A: You can get the list of price within 24 hours after we get your inquiry

Q: Is it possible to print my logo on products?
A: Definitely. But you need to provide us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on your bulk order.

Delivery 
Q: What’s the delivery time and sample time? 
A1: Usually the delivery time takes 15-28 working days after the order confirmed, please contact us in advance if you need the goods urgently .
A2: Sample time is 1-3 working days after received your payment.

Q: How do you ship the goods and how long does it takes to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, and TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipment also is optional.

A. Our standard payment is T/T.
 
Q: What is your payment terms?
A: Usually T/T 30% in advance & 70% before shipment.
